Our journey began in 2009 under the name Al Mekat National Trading, with a small office located near the Sultan Qaboos Mosque in Ruwi. Founded under the leadership of our director, Mr. Mohammed Rashid Al Ghammary, we started as a modest screen printing business with a clear vision — to deliver quality work and grow through innovation and customer trust.
As demand grew, so did our capabilities. In 2011, we expanded into offset printing and rebranded ourselves as Al Sahal Printing Press LLC, marking a new chapter in our growth. Over the following years, we continued to diversify our services — introducing rubber stamp production in 2012, followed by digital printing in 2013 to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Our commitment to advancement didn't stop there. In the same year, we incorporated CNC laser and router machines, enabling us to offer precision engraving, etching, and high-quality signboard production. These additions transformed us into a comprehensive printing and branding solutions provider.
Growth continued at pace: in 2016 we added a Graphtec flatbed plotter, a Ricoh Pro C Series production printer, and Mimaki UV printing technology for premium short-run work, and by 2017 our expanding volume meant operating out of two offices to keep every order moving smoothly.
In 2018 we upgraded to HP Latex large-format digital printing for sharper, more vibrant output. Two years later we added a 6-head embroidery machine, bringing precision textile branding fully in-house. In 2021, we brought everything under one roof again — relocating to our current, larger facility on Al Iskan Street, Ruwi — and in 2025 became the first in Oman to offer permanent ink stamp technology, opening up durable branding on almost any surface.
